▶
Can I skip 2FA for 30 days on this device?

🔐 Privacy & GDPR Compliance
▶
Can I delete my account and data?
Privacy requests are currently handled manually. If you want to request account deletion, please contact the responsible club or the privacy contact listed in the privacy policy. Legally required records may need to be retained.
▶
Can I export my data?
A general self-service export is currently not provided in the account settings. If you need a data copy under Art. 15 or Art. 20 GDPR, please contact the privacy contact listed in the privacy policy.
▶
When can meeting protocols be viewed?
Meeting protocols can be restricted until formal release. If release is required, the document remains hidden until the release state is set. After release, only configured roles or explicitly listed recipients can access it.
▶
How are recipients for protocols defined?
Recipients are defined by role-based distribution and optional explicit email addresses. The access rules are stored with the protocol archive metadata so the visibility policy is applied consistently in the document area.
▶
Are notification emails sent when protocols are released?
Optionally, notification emails can be enabled for release events. Notifications are sent only to configured recipients and can be limited by role and/or explicit addresses.
▶
How can I request correction or deletion of personal data in meeting records?
Requests for correction, restriction, or deletion are handled by the responsible club privacy contact. Please submit your request with enough context (meeting date, topic, and affected data) so the club can evaluate legal retention obligations before editing or deleting records.
